We loved this house. It was huge, very clean and fully stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. The setting was perfect! We love the outdoor fire pit and kayaks. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Quiet, felt secluded, yet minutes from downtown. Clean house that felt like home. Very comfortable bed in the main floor bedroom. Well stocked supplies such as seasoning, baggies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even Q- tips. I would recommend this house to everyone. This house is not ideal if your family is looking for outside space to run around. This home also has a steep driveway which could be an issue in the winter.

Our 4th of July family gathering at this house was perfect! The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We appreciated the large kitchen area—it made meals and gatherings easy and fun. Most of our time was spent outside, enjoying the back deck, big yard, and access to the water. The kids loved the outdoor water toys and indoor games, which were used constantly and added so much fun to the stay. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the water with the floats and taking out the kayaks. The combination of kid-friendly activities and relaxing spaces made it ideal for all ages. The location is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. This was our second time staying at the house, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Everything about it was just right for our family. Thanks again for sharing this amazing space with us—we had a wonderful time and made so many great memories!

Great place to stay! We had a group of 13 stay for the weekend here for a bachelor party and loved every bit of it! Very easy communication with Howard, well laid out instructions and nice subtle labeling on things in the household that made things easy. Another big plus is that it's located so close to a local grocery store making it quick and easy to go grab something if you happen to need anything. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever debating it!

The location was beautiful! Close to downtown galena, plenty of things to do around the house. Private and peaceful, if you’re looking for a place to stay out here we recommend this place!

The house and location were both excellent. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We cooked, relaxed, and enjoyed the beautiful views and local trails in the territory. Howard was very responsive and accommodating. A highlight of the trip was seeing a flock of wild turkeys walking through the yard!

The Galena Territory is beautiful and this home is a cozy spot close to the amenities. The house had things for small kids such as toys, pack and play etc. We were very happy with our stay here for our family.

Had the best time visiting Galena and staying in Howard’s home. House was beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked. The owner’s club was a short drive away, we really enjoyed the pool and the game room! Thank you Howard for your hospitality!

Very comfortable and clean house in a nature setting. Enjoyed the whole Galena Territory experience. Easy to get to town and other areas we wanted to visit. Nice to come home and enjoy a glass of wine on the screened in porch.

Howard is an amazing host. He was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. He had all the amenities that were listed on the property and more! We had more than enough towels and even kitchen appliances, spices, and utensils. His instructions were clear about checking out and our group had a wonderful weekend.
